UNRWA will cut salaries of thousands of workers

UNITED NATIONS ( Reuters) - The United Nations ( UN ) will stop paying salaries for thousands of workers who help Palestinian refugees next month as the world body's cash crisis that continues to grow , a UN official said Tuesday.United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA ) , one of the oldest agencies in the United Nations , the situation is alarming because of a deficit of 36 million dollars, the UN under secretary general Jeffrey Feltman told the Security Council .READ MORE
