Girl raped 16 Years, Famous Indian Spiritual Leader Arrested

New Delhi - Again rape cases in India . A renowned spiritual leaders in India will soon be arrested and brought to trial . The 72 -year -old man accused of raping teenage daughter who was 16 years old .Bapu annexe in a Hindu spiritual leader who has many followers in India . Rape was committed while religious activities with other followers . Bapu was arrested in Madhya Pradesh region in September and then flown to Jodhpur , Rajasthan , India , which became the scene .As reported by AFP on Thursday ( 07/11/2013 ) , Bapu snared a number of charges by the court , including rape , human trafficking and sex crimes against children . In every sermon , Bapu urged his followers to live virtuously and avoid sexual desire .Charges against Bapu will start local read out in court . Prosecutors said Manish Vyas , an indictment for thick Bapu reached 1,000 pages and included the testimony of 58 witnesses .The white -bearded man has given rebuttal to charges that entrap . He even refers to this case as a political conspiracy against him .

This crime occurred on Aug. 15 when Bapu held a retreat for his followers , who also attended the victim and her parents . At that time , Bapu told the victim's parents that he needs to see their daughter alone after being told that the girl had an unclean spirit . But apparently , when only two of the victims , even Bapu molested and raped her .New victim told his parents about 2 days later . Bapu went directly to the victim's family in New Delhi to hold him accountable . But Bapu refused to meet them . Not received , the victim's family was reported to police .The trial of the case will begin on 16 November.
