Anas Urbaningrum Prevented Wife Abroad Laila Attiyah and Anas Urbaningrum

Jakarta : Directorate General of Immigration Law and Human Rights Ministry has suspended the passport belongs to the wife of former Democratic Party chairman Anas Urbaningrum , Laila Attiyah . By doing so , Attiyah is now prevented from traveling abroad .

Based on the written information received from the Directorate General of Immigration , prevention against Attiyah done since last Wednesday . This ban applies to 6 months.

" Prevent new menginfokan on behalf Athiyyah Laila on 20 November 2013 , " wrote DGI in a statement received in Jakarta , Thursday ( 21/11/2013 ) .

This blocking of the investigation of alleged corruption related projects Training and Education Center of National Sports Facilities ( P3SON ) in Hambalang , Bogor , West Java , with the suspect Machfud Suroso .

Investigations conducted in the Corruption Eradication Commission ( KPK ) , the Athiyyah as Director of PT Dutasari Citralaras still existed as a witness . Veiled women were also scheduled to be checkup next week , November 26, 2013.

On later examination Athiyyah also be confirmed on a number of items were seized when investigators searched his home some time ago .

Of the search , the Commission seized several items , one of them a passport in the name of Laila Attiyah . Confiscation of passports because Attiyah allegedly been traveling abroad on business Machfud Suroso . In addition , the Commission also secured money amounting to Rp 1 billion . The money is allegedly related to the case in Hambalang P3SON .
